I was under the impression that the Solicitation of sex in general was illegal. So why does Ohio specifically spell out that Solicitation of same sex is against the law, only when the offender knows the solicitation is offensive to the other person. If this is this case how can someone actively know its offending unless the offender intimately knows the person in question. This leads me to believe that this is a law preventing like gender friends from paying each other for sex. OMG what is this world coming to, now that's just weird!!
